We at Emme Innovations Inc. are looking for a new colleague with experience in front end software development to help us bring an exciting serverless web application to life to meet the world's needs. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the intersection of technology and the exciting event industry.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build and release a responsive web application which meets requirements while ensuring the strongest levels of security and protection of data
• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
• Operate in a quick-paced agile environment
• Testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues
• Optimize applications for maximum speed
• Help back-end developers with coding and troubleshooting
• Ensure high quality graphic standards and brand consistency
• Write technical documentation
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies

Requirements:

• A solid foundation in work experience as a Front-end developer
• Experience with front-end libraries, frameworks & languages (Either React/Angular/Vue, HTML/CSS, Typescript/Javascript)
• Ability to problem solve effectively
• Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
• Understanding of layout aesthetics
• Strong spoken and written English skills
• Evidence of a strong work ethic, with excellent analytical and multitasking skills and ability to work in small teams or individually
• Writes clean, readable code
• Willingness to learn
• Self-motivated
• Attention to detail

Preferred (Not Required):

• Familiarity with software such as Figma, Adobe Suite, Photoshop or other interface management systems
• Understanding of animation frameworks such as Framer-Motion
• Other spoken languages (French, Spanish, Mandarin)
• Understanding of Figma or similar UX design platform
• Knowledge of back-end frameworks & languages: Node.js, Java, Python
• Experience with AWS (Cognito, Lambda, Neptune, DynamoDB)
• Knowledge of SEO principles
